Outline automatically tracks all events related to account access, documents, and settings changes including the IP address actor, and authentication type. Audit logs are currently retained for 1 year.

Access

Workspace admins can access the audit log from Settings → Audit Log, here you can browser recent events and filter them by event, IP address, or the actor name.
