In workspace settings (Settings → Workspace → Details) you can customize Outline to match your companies brand. Choose a color scheme, logo, and toggle on “Public branding” to display these items on your login and publicly shared pages.

Custom domain

In cloud-hosted Outline the option to use a custom domain such as docs.mycompany.com is available as a paid add-on. With the custom domain, Outline branding is removed from all publicly shared content. This can be used to easily host external help docs or branded internal portals.

Setup

• In the DNS settings for your domain name, setup as a CNAME pointing to secure.getoutline.com.

• If you are using Cloudflare DNS ensure that the proxy (Orange cloud) option is disabled.

• If you have CAA records setup ensure that Let’s Encrypt is authorized for the domain – for example:
  wiki.mydomain.com CAA 0 issue "letsencrypt.org"

Once the DNS is pointing at Outline’s servers contact hello@getoutline.com with the details so we can verify the setup and enable the add-on for your workspace.
