The emoji picker

Outline contains an in-built emoji picker that can be used for easily adding emojis to documents, type : followed by some characters, for example :smile to search for emojis and add them with your mouse or keyboard 🙂.

Custom emoji

It is also possible to upload your own custom emoji and icons – as an admin manage custom emojis in Settings → Emojis. Your custom emojis will be available to use as icons, here inside of documents, and in comment reactions.
