You can individual documents in several formats. HTML, Markdown, or PDF format are all supported - In each case the document content is adjusted to best fit the export type.

How to

You can access the “Export” option from the command menu or the “…” menu on any document. There is also a handy “Copy as Markdown” option available in the command menu.

Limitations

• Only the current state of the document is included, historic versions can be downloaded through the history navigation.

• Comments will not be included

• Large tables may not fit on the page, in the case of PDF and printing specifically.

• PDF export is only available in cloud and licensed editions.
